It is a three year project by Shell oil. When finished, it will take large petroleum molecules, the heavy stuff, and break then into smaller molecules. It “cracks’ them. The smaller molecules will be made into plastic beads which will be shipped to other companies who will make things with them. Think of it as an oil re-refinery.
